Before and after pictures are always fun!  This is the third event I’ve been able to help out the Washington University student group that raises funds for and donates hair to the Locks of Love charity.   Thanks also to the stylists from Paul Mitchell The School for donating their time.

Congratulations Nikki and George!  This fabulous reception in the large ballroom at Windows on Washington spared no detail.   If you look closely, you will even notice that the bride had a gown change!  I loved their photo booth studio pictures, and am sure that their ceremony and candid album was just as amazing since they were working the incredibly talented  Tim Pastor from Artisan Photography.

Rarely is a wedding so perfectly coordinated as Lindsay and Dan’s.  I’m sure it was in part because of  Lindsay’s mother’s keen attention to detail and Bride’s Vision‘s creative eye.  Every single detail added to the beautiful reception, which was held in the Crystal Ballroom at the Crowne Plaza Clayton.  It is one of my favorite venues to work at, and I think one of the most beautiful ballrooms in all of St. Louis.  Congratulations Lindsay and Dan!

Jim and Robin – I LOVE LOVE LOVE the speech bubbles.  I also love your friends, who made the speech bubbles cool.  Incredibly creative friends celebrating the marriage of a wonderful couple.  If these are the people keeping you in check, you are in for a wild ride.  Congratulations!

What can I say about this group?   They kept us hopping the entire reception, right up until the very last minute.   We had photo shoots of some tacos, a cupcake war, and the beautiful bridesmaids with matching drinks, among other creative “props” the guests found.  John and Erin’s reception was at Lumen, a really fantastic modern space in downtown St. Louis.  If you are getting married you should definitely check this space out!  For the complete gallery of prints from Erin and John’s reception visit the gallery at pictures.laughingpenguins.com.
